After almost a year of legal medical marijuana in the state of Mississippi, St. Martin has open a medical marijuana dispensary.
After a long time of finalizing paperwork and waiting for proper certification, Bee’s Buds finally got the chance to open their doors.
In order to receive product, you must show your medical marijuana card and a form of identification.
Starting on Wednesday, Bee’s Buds will be able to sell flowers for the first two weeks and then the other products will start to be tested including gummy bears, lotions, vape pens, and edibles.
Bee’s Buds CEO Barbara Wilson is a nurse and says she started this business because she always strives to help other people. “Our biggest thing is that we love helping people, and the reason why I got into this is because I know that this will help a lot of patients, and they won’t have the side effects that a lot of them do with medications and stuff, so we’re really excited about that.”
Bee’s Buds is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
